The Consumer Freedom Alliance ("CFA") requires that all visitors to this World Wide Web Site (the "Site") adhere to the rules and regulations set forth below. By accessing the Site, you indicate and affirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Consumer Freedom Alliance organization is herein referred to simply as "Consumer Freedom Alliance".  Its Web site is located on the Internet at consumerwit.com, autosafetyhub.org, 10amaze.com, 10freedom.com, 10hugetips.com, 10christmas.com, 10remind.com, 10coco.com, magicmirrorquotes.com, 10mirror.com, 10atlantis.com, truehomecost.com, smartconsumertips.com, herovote.com, gasconserver.com, and consumerall.com ("the Site"), all services of which are provided solely at our discretion.

By using and/or registering to become a member of the site, you are stating that you understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Consumer Freedom Alliance user agreement (the "agreement"). Please read the agreement. If you disagree with anything in this agreement, please do not use the site or any services provided in connection with the site.

SERVICES

To use the Site, you do not have to register to become a Consumer Freedom Alliance member ("Member"). As a Member, however, you will have access to various services to which non-Members do not have access. If you become a Member, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information. If any information provided by you on the registration form is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to so believe, we have the right to suspend or terminate your membership and to refuse to provide you with any future membership.

We reserve the right to modify or temporarily suspend the operation of the Site (or any part thereof). All notifications are by email and through the current email address in your profile. You agree that Consumer Freedom Alliance shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such actions.

FEES

We reserve the right to charge fees for access to new Site content or services that you subscribe to or register for. In no event will you be charged unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges. If you do not consent to such charges, however, you may not have access to paid content or service.

SITE RULES

Following are some basic rules that apply to the Site and that you agree to follow. If you violate any of the Site rules, or if we have reasonable grounds to so believe, we have the right to deny you access to the Site, to suspend or terminate your membership and to refuse to provide you with any future membership.

1. LAWS AND REGULATIONS. User access to and use of the Site is subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Consumer Freedom Alliance reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

3. COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARKS. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of Consumer Freedom Alliance. Users are prohibited from using any marks for any purpose including, but not limited to, use as meta-tags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web, without the written permission of Consumer Freedom Alliance. All information and content, including any software programs, available on or through the Site, is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.

Consumer Freedom Alliance respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the Copyright Agent for Consumer Freedom Alliance with the following information: (a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (b) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (c) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site; (d) your address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Notice of claims of copyright infringement on the Consumer Freedom Alliance website can be delivered to the address revealed by clicking Contact on the menu above. Consumer Freedom Alliance will then give you your choice of removing the infringed work, or placing a credit next to it onsite.

4. PRIVACY. When you visit the Site, your computer gives us certain general, non-personal information about you. You may also elect to give us certain personal information, i. e. when you answer surveys, take quizzes, buy products or respond to requests. This privacy statement explains what information is collected on the Consumer Freedom Alliance website and how the information is used.

What information Consumer Freedom Alliance collects:

Our server automatically collects data about your server's domain address when you visit this Site. The information, known as an Internet Protocol address, or IP Address, is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider whenever you are on the Web. When you request pages from Consumer Freedom Alliance, our servers log your IP Address. Our server may also record the referring page that linked you to us, e.g., a search engine. Our server does not and cannot automatically record your name or address.

Consumer Freedom Alliance does not collect any personally identifying information, such as names, addresses or e-mail addresses, without the knowledge and consent of the individual user. That information may be collected through registration forms and quizzes and through voluntary online questionnaires that appear from time to time. In those circumstances, we may ask you to provide other information about yourself, such as your age, likes, dislikes, etc.

Consumer Freedom Alliance does not use "cookies" to keep, and sometimes track, information about you. Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive.

How the information is used

Personal information you provide may be used to fulfill a specific purpose, including our efforts to provide you with services, products and offers customized to your interests. And we may send you e-mail notices about upcoming products, services, and events that we think might interest you. You may opt out of receiving future mailings from us by following the instructions in the e-mail you receive from us.

5. DATA INTEGRITY. Additionally, you agree not to: impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any material transmitted through the Site; interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site; try to gain access to areas that are private to Consumer Freedom Alliance administrators or to other Consumer Freedom Alliance users; violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or any regulation having the force of law; stalk or otherwise harass another; harm minors in any way, including, without limitation, to establish unlawful contact with minors (whether on or off the Site); collect or harvest screen names; collect or store personal data about other users of the Site; or solicit or attempt to discover a user's password, screen name, or other registration information without the user's express knowledge and consent; engage in or run raffles, lotteries, contests or sweepstakes; promote or provide instructions of information about how to engage in illegal conduct or commit illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury, or promote any illegal act; or store any information or use any Web page or directory you create for remote loading or as a door or signpost to another Web page, whether inside or outside the Site.

6. PRIVACY POLICY / CONFIDENTIALITY OF USER COMMUNICATIONS. Consumer Freedom Alliance will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications which contain personal user information and which are transmitted directly to Consumer Freedom Alliance. Postings by a user on any message board or in any chat room will not be protected as confidential, and Consumer Freedom Alliance may use and provide information contained in any such postings (including any ideas, concepts, know-how or other intellectual property) for any purpose whatsoever and as deemed appropriate by Consumer Freedom Alliance.

User should be aware that linked sites may contain confidentiality provisions that differ from the provisions provided herein. Consumer Freedom Alliance is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions.

7. PUBLIC AREAS. A Public Area ("Public Area") of the Site is any area where you may submit material ("Submissions") for viewing by others or view Submissions of other Consumer Freedom Alliance users, such as profiles, forums, or award programs. In some of these areas, a Submission includes the name, ID, nickname, and/or other information that would be displayed with the submitted material, as applicable. You agree to use Public Areas in accordance with the Agreement and any policies for the Public Areas that are displayed on the Site.

BY SUBMITTING MATERIAL TO A PUBLIC AREA, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY CONSUMER FREEDOM ALLIANCE AND HOLD IT HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS FOR LIBEL, SLANDER, INVASION OF PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM SUCH SUBMISSION.

By making a Submission to any Public Area, you automatically grant Consumer Freedom Alliance the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and display and distribute the content of the Submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed. You also permit any other user of the Consumer Freedom Alliance Site to access, view, store, or reproduce the Submission for that user's personal use.

8. LINKS. Our provision of a link to any other site or location is for your convenience and does not signify our endorsement of such site or location of its contents. It only signifies that at the time we visited the link, it was found to be useful at that particular point in time. Consumer Freedom Alliance shall not be responsible for any information, software, or links found at any other World Wide Web site, Internet location, or source of information, for your use of such information, or for e-commerce transactions conducted at or through any linked site or location.

You acknowledge that we do not prescreen material posted or transmitted on the Site, but that we and our designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to review and edit, delete or refuse to post any material submitted for display or placed on the Site, including but not limited to message board posts, profiles, and member-to-member messages. Without limiting the foregoing, we and our designees shall have the right to remove any material that violates this Agreement, that we believe in good faith may create liability for us, or that we deem is otherwise objectionable.

9. SECURITY. E-mail transmission might not be secure, and a third party could view information you send. Consumer Freedom Alliance will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties during transmission. Consumer Freedom Alliance cannot guarantee that your information will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others, such as hackers. Any unauthorized access to or use of the Site, or information collected and maintained by Consumer Freedom Alliance should be immediately brought to our attention. We will investigate and take action to prevent or halt any violation.

REMEMBER - DO NOT DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION IN CHAT ROOMS ON MESSAGE BOARDS. WHENEVER YOU DO, ALL OF THE INFORMATION YOU DISCLOSE CAN BE COLLECTED AND USED BY OTHERS. IF YOU POST PERSONAL INFORMATION IN PUBLIC PLACES, OTHERS MAY SEND YOU UNSOLICITED E-MAIL MESSAGES. BE CAREFUL AND BE SMART WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

10. LEGAL AUTHORITIES. We may disclose user information to government authorities at our discretion. We also may disclose user information when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, or with the rights and property of other Consumer Freedom Alliance site users.

11. BUSINESS TRANSFER. In the event Consumer Freedom Alliance is acquired by another entity as a result of a merger, sale, consolidation or liquidation, customer information may be one of the transferred assets.

12. NO WARRANTIES. ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY OR ACCURACY. CONSUMER FREEDOM ALLIANCE DOES NOT ENDORSE AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE OR STATEMENT MADE THROUGH THE SITE BY ANY PARTY OTHER THAN CONSUMER FREEDOM ALLIANCE, OTHER THAN AS MAY BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL CONSUMER FREEDOM ALLIANCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY A USER'S RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER TO EVALUATE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR USEFULNESS OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE OR OTHER CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE. CONSUMER FREEDOM ALLIANCE MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS OR CHANGES TO THE SITE AT ANY TIME.

YOU AGREE THAT CONSUMER FREEDOM ALLIANCE, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE SERVICE OR LOST OPPORTUNITY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE, OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF CONSUMER FREEDOM ALLIANCE IS MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Consumer Freedom Alliance reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links or frames and specifically disclaims any responsibility for the content available on any other internet sites linked to the Site. Access to any other internet sites linked to the Site is at the user's own risk.

17. VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Consumer Freedom Alliance reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access from a particular internet address to the Site.

18. ACCESS TO PASSWORD PROTECTED/SECURE AREAS. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
