SERVICES

To use the Site, you do not have to register to become a Consumer Freedom Alliance member ("Member"). As a Member, however, you will have access to various services to which non-Members do not have access. If you become a Member, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information. If any information provided by you on the registration form is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to so believe, we have the right to suspend or terminate your membership and to refuse to provide you with any future membership.

We reserve the right to modify or temporarily suspend the operation of the Site (or any part thereof). All notifications are by email and through the current email address in your profile. You agree that Consumer Freedom Alliance shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such actions.

FEES

We reserve the right to charge fees for access to new Site content or services that you subscribe to or register for. In no event will you be charged unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges. If you do not consent to such charges, however, you may not have access to paid content or service.

SITE RULES

Following are some basic rules that apply to the Site and that you agree to follow. If you violate any of the Site rules, or if we have reasonable grounds to so believe, we have the right to deny you access to the Site, to suspend or terminate your membership and to refuse to provide you with any future membership.

1. LAWS AND REGULATIONS. User access to and use of the Site is subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Consumer Freedom Alliance reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

3. COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARKS. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of Consumer Freedom Alliance. Users are prohibited from using any marks for any purpose including, but not limited to, use as meta-tags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web, without the written permission of Consumer Freedom Alliance. All information and content, including any software programs, available on or through the Site, is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.

Consumer Freedom Alliance respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the Copyright Agent for Consumer Freedom Alliance with the following information: (a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (b) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (c) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site; (d) your address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. 4. PRIVACY. When you visit the Site, your computer gives us certain general, non-personal information about you. You may also elect to give us certain personal information, i. e. when you answer surveys, take quizzes, buy products or respond to requests. What information Consumer Freedom Alliance collects:

Our server automatically collects data about your server's domain address when you visit this Site. 7. PUBLIC AREAS. A Public Area ("Public Area") of the Site is any area where you may submit material ("Submissions") for viewing by others or view Submissions of other Consumer Freedom Alliance users, such as profiles, forums, or award programs. In some of these areas, a Submission includes the name, ID, nickname, and/or other information that would be displayed with the submitted material, as applicable. BY SUBMITTING MATERIAL TO A PUBLIC AREA, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY CONSUMER FREEDOM ALLIANCE AND HOLD IT HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS FOR LIBEL, SLANDER, INVASION OF PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM SUCH SUBMISSION.

By making a Submission to any Public Area, you automatically grant Consumer Freedom Alliance the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and display and distribute the content of the Submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed. You also permit any other user of the Consumer Freedom Alliance Site to access, view, store, or reproduce the Submission for that user's personal use.

8. LINKS. Our provision of a link to any other site or location is for your convenience and does not signify our endorsement of such site or location of its contents. It only signifies that at the time we visited the link, it was found to be useful at that particular point in time. Consumer Freedom Alliance shall not be responsible for any information, software, or links found at any other World Wide Web site, Internet location, or source of information, for your use of such information, or for e-commerce transactions conducted at or through any linked site or location.

You acknowledge that we do not prescreen material posted or transmitted on the Site, but that we and our designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to review and edit, delete or refuse to post any material submitted for display or placed on the Site, including but not limited to message board posts, profiles, and member-to-member messages. 9. SECURITY. E-mail transmission might not be secure, and a third party could view information you send. Consumer Freedom Alliance will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties during transmission. Consumer Freedom Alliance cannot guarantee that your information will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others, such as hackers. Any unauthorized access to or use of the Site, or information collected and maintained by Consumer Freedom Alliance should be immediately brought to our attention. We will investigate and take action to prevent or halt any violation.

REMEMBER - DO NOT DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION IN CHAT ROOMS ON MESSAGE BOARDS. WHENEVER YOU DO, ALL OF THE INFORMATION YOU DISCLOSE CAN BE COLLECTED AND USED BY OTHERS. IF YOU POST PERSONAL INFORMATION IN PUBLIC PLACES, OTHERS MAY SEND YOU UNSOLICITED E-MAIL MESSAGES. BE CAREFUL AND BE SMART WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

10. LEGAL AUTHORITIES. We may disclose user information to government authorities at our discretion. We also may disclose user information when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, or with the rights and property of other Consumer Freedom Alliance site users.

11. BUSINESS TRANSFER. In the event Consumer Freedom Alliance is acquired by another entity as a result of a merger, sale, consolidation or liquidation, customer information may be one of the transferred assets.
